Leadership Team
Before joining Rockwell Financial Group in 2002, Ms. Hanley held positions with Peak Industries LLC, a manufacturer of medical devices and subsidiary of Delphi Medical Systems, and Zenith Products, Inc. a manufacturer of bathroom products and a subsidiary of Masco Corporation. At both companies, she was senior engineering design manager and was responsible for implementing manufacturing methods to increase efficiencies as well as evaluating and coordinating methods of manufacturing and testing materials as cost-saving initiatives.
At Rockwell, Ms. Hanley coordinates documentation, compliance and operations, while also using her technical expertise to support both the firm and its clients on matters of equipment manufacturing and production. Ms. Hanley holds a degree in mechanical engineering. Ms. Hanley is a member of the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC).
