The client needed to replace HVAC equipment and a failing ductwork system. Limited by bank covenants and a restrictive operating budget, the client needed an off-balance sheet solution in order to complete this work.

Rockwell Financial Group collaborated with both the client’s Chief Financial Officer and outside accounting firm to devise an off-balance sheet treatment of $3.7 million of equipment. Subsequently, Rockwell provided construction financing for one year, while the new system was constructed.
